I've had my Cliq chairs since 2021. After 5 years of usage, carrying them everywhere from the park to the beach, you expect normal wear and tear on your items. Every time I reach out to the company for replacement parts, their customer service is simply incredible at helping me with my issues. The day my chairs are beyond repair, I will definitely get new Cliq chairs.

I’ve had my CLIQ chair for about 5 years, now. I love taken it everywhere. This past camping trip, the rubber feet came apart. Not one but 3 of them at the lake. I contacted CS and assured me they would send me a new set. I was ready to purchase a new chair, but the one I had was still really good. Shows you how great these chairs really are. It took a while for the new rubber feet to come, but I was informed it could take a while because of low stock. I received them about a 4 to 5 weeks after my inquiry. Pretty good turn around. Thank you.

Great experience with Cliq customer service. I bought 2 chairs several years ago and the feet on one of them started cracking and breaking off. I contacted Cliq customer service to buy some replacement feet and they sent me 2 sets for free after I sent pictures. I asked for 2 sets because I figure the feet on the other chair will break sooner or later so it's very nice to have a replacement set on hand. I couldn't be happier with Cliq customer service! Very responsive and communicative! Thank you!

I bought 2 CLIQ chairs exactly 5 years ago: Sept 11, 2021. The 8 rubber feet over the period I have owned and used the chairs break or fall off; however, the lifetime warranty has been honored each time I reached out to support. Thank you for the continued service; I love my chairs

Some “feet” on my chair cracked. Inquired about possible repair. Cliq sent replacements, no hassle. Very cool.

I ordered 2 EPIQ lounge chairs and one had an issue. I emailed customer service and they were very quick to get a resolution underway. I received a replacement chair and everything is great. Great customer service.
As far as the chair, try it out you won’t be disappointed. I’m 6’2” and the EpiQ lounge chair fits me well…very comfortable, quick and easy to set up.

Our ClIQ chairs are always with us! Everywhere we go people ask us about the chairs. I’ve bought 6 pairs, a set for each of my 4 adult children, an original pair for our motorcycle and another full size for our festivals. They’re easy to setup and take down, plus they’re easy to carry. Infact our son-in-law uses his chairs in his office.

We love our Cliq chairs! They are so easy and fast to set up and haul around so we take them everywhere. We like the Classiq, they are very comfortable and durable. We hever had any issues with them. Even some of our buddies that are probably over the weight limit have sat in them with no issues. Everyone always wants their own when they try ours. Normal camping chairs are so cumbersome to haul around, not these! The company is awesome too! They stand behind their products.

These chairs have lasted through Boy Scouts, kids sports and camping. Hope you guys keep innovating and would like to see a swivel option.

I own four chairs at this point and was thinking of purchasing more but noticed that the rubber feet on my first pair have completely fallen apart and is now bare metal on both of them. I was expecting normal wear on the rubber feet but these seem to have just disintegrated completely. These chairs are pricy but do love the convenience of the setup but would expect the feet to last longer than my 15 year old Coleman camp chairs which cost a fraction of the price.

Love the chair for how compact it is and the ease of setup the only thing I need to get used to is how far back it leans wish the back was a little more upright and not so reclined

I bought my first Cliq 1.0 Classiq over 2 years ago and have known that the product is excellent. Now I also know that the customer service is excellent as well. My original 1.0 had a fabric tear and even though the 1.0 is no longer produced, Cliq provided a replacement solution.

We received our first Cliq chair as a gift from my husband’s work. Didn’t think much of it and put it in the garage. Recently got it out after years and wow, why didn’t I try it out sooner?! This chair is sooooo easy to assemble and carry, even my 3yo can do it. Takes a little more skill to disassemble (easy for adult) but like 10x better than putting a tailgate chair back into those long skinny bags. Needless to say, we just purchased 2 more chairs + carrying bag and they will be a staple to bring to soccer, baseball, and flag football. Boys love them and we will probably need a few more soon because we will be fighting over them! Highly recommend and comfy for all ages including me, my husband, and our 4 boys. Quality product & a step up from the regular foldable chairs.

I have used the MistiQ Lounger for over a year now courtside for pickleball. So quick to open and close. Comfortable. Attractive. It folds just perfectly sized for me to carry from car to courts. Many ask about it. I would get the EpiQ but I fear that I might just watch and not play.

The chairs are excellent quality. The reason for the 4 stars— they sent me the wrong color bag. I had to send it back and am still waiting for the correct bag to arrive. This has gone on for several weeks. It would have been nice for them to expeditiously ship the correct bag so I am not without one.

I had a mechanical failure of my chair after one season of use. I threw it in the corner with all of my other broken chairs. One day 2.5 years later I contacted Ann. She got me a new one out in no time at all. Wish I would have called earlier. Not the lightest chair but the best I have had. Dosent sink into the ground here in wet PA ground like the stick leg chairs others make. Love the set up. Way faster than most. Thanks again!

Have been enjoying my two cliq chairs for three years now ! Great for camping , beach chilling, concerts , etc ! Had an issue with one after three years of heavy use and was immediately given some great replacement options! Love my Cliq chairs.
