Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more (valid only in the contiguous United States)

 

Shipping Estimates

Orders generally ship same day or next business day. Once shipped, orders with Standard Shipping typically deliver in 3-5 business days, while orders with Expedited Shipping deliver in 2-3 business days. As soon as your order ships you'll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking details.

Alaska and Hawaii Orders. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may experience an additional 7-10 business days of transit time compared to deliveries within the contiguous US. 
Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary. Even with expedited shipping, please be aware that there may still be an extended transit time for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.

Return & Exchange Policy.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not totally happy with what CLIQ's product can do for you and your active life, then any chair can be returned within 45 days of arrival for a full refund less a restocking and shipping fee.

To start your refund or exchange, please contact support@cliqproducts.com Make sure to speak to us first before returning or exchanging any items as we will provide specific instructions. 

The above return and exchange policy applies exclusively to the US territory and to purchases made directly on our website. 

 

Refunds
Once your return is received we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. When your refund is processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund in the time that you expected email us at support@cliqproducts.com and we'll verify that you're refund has been processed. In some situations it can take additional time for your refund to be posted and you may need to contact your bank or credit card company directly.

 

Lifetime Warranty

At CLIQ we stand behind our products and strive to provide the highest quality craftsmanship. Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects* in materials and workmanship.

We warranty each and every CLIQ product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will fix or replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine CLIQ chair sold by an authorized source or official sales channel that is deemed defective.

CLIQ Products does not warranty its products against misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes natural breakdown of colors and materials during the life of a product, including rust.

If your CLIQ chair was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy.

If your CLIQ product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new CLIQ product at a discounted price.

* Manufacturing Defects -  A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design and specification during manufacturing. Defective materials (aluminum frame, fabrics, rubber feet etc.) or workmanship (seams, construction, etc.) are covered by CLIQ product's lifetime warranty.

Replacements can only be shipped within the US territory.
