Who created CLIQ?

CLIQ was founded by two California mountain-biking buddies, John Stump and Sam Chesluk. The initial product, the GO CHAIR, was funded by the incredible Indiegogo community who believed in their vision that an innovative, comfortable, and truly portable chair was possible.

Which CLIQ is best for me?

If you are prioritizing portability and weight then the CLIQ Chair is the way to go.

If not, then CLIQ Lounge will provide a more relaxed sitting experience and head and neck support.

For a chair that works just as well at home, as it does on-the-go, pick CLIQ Riviera.

Can I use the chairs at the beach?

Yes! They were designed in Santa Barbara so they were thought for the beach.

The chairs have a protective coating that keep them from getting rust and corrosion.

We recommend hosing the down with water after so sand does not get into to the joints. 

Where do you want to sit? You can use your CLIQ Chair practically anywhere you’d be more comfortable sitting down. At the beach, around the campfire, at a music festival, at a sports game, in a long line to buy tickets. You tell us!

How much do the CLIQ chairs weigh?

The CLIQ Chair weighs 3.65lbs.

The CLIQ Lounge weighs 5.8lbs.

The CLIQ Riviera weighs 5.6lbs

How much weight do the CLIQ chairs hold?

Our chairs have been thoroughly tested.

The CLIQ Chair has been rated to support weights up to 300 lbs while the CLIQ Lounge up to 350 lbs.

Our newest chair, the CLIQ Riviera, holds up to 400 lbs.

How do I set up the CLIQ Chair?

CLIQ Chair sets up in seconds.

1. Undo the velcro strap.

2. Allow spring-loaded legs to unfold and click into place.

3. Extend each arm until you hear it click. Make sure 6 silver pins are locked into place (2 on each back arm, 1 on each front arm). 

4. That’s it! Sit and enjoy!

How do I set up the CLIQ Lounge?

The CLIQ Lounge sets up in seconds.

1. Unclip the buckles on the bag and pull the CLIQ Lounge out of the bag.

2. Remove the cupholder placed over the hub and place it on a side.

3. Undo the velcro strap around the chair.

4. Allow the spring-loaded legs to unfold and lock into place. You will hear a CLIQ sound.

5. Extend the telescoping arms in the back. You will hear 2 clicks per arm.

6. Adjust the comfort cinch on the back of the chair. This will adjust how upright or reclined the sitting position will be.

7. Put the cupholder on the chair. I can go on either side.

8. That’s it! Sit and enjoy!

CLIQ Riviera sets up in seconds.

1. Undo the velcro strap.

2. Allow spring-loaded legs to unfold and click into place.

How do I fold the CLIQ Chair?

To fold the CLIQ Chair, follow these simple steps:

1. Press the silver pins on the arms and collapse them. The back arms have 2 buttons each and the front arms have 1.

2. Press the button on the bottom of the magic hub and let the legs swing up.

3. Wrap the strap around the chair.

4. That’s it!

How do I fold the CLIQ Lounge?

To fold the CLIQ Lounge, you have to:
1. Remove the cupholder and place it on a side.

2. If you have the comfort cinch on the back tightened, loosen it.

3. Push the silver pins on the back arms and collapse them. Each back arm has 2 pins.

4. Press the button on the bottom of the magic hub and let the legs swing up.

5. Wrap the strap around the chair.

6. Put the cupholder on top of the hub.

7. Place the folded CLIQ Lounge inside the bag.

8. That’s it!

How do I fold the CLIQ Riviera?

To fold the CLIQ Riviera, follow these steps:
1. Press the silver pins on the arms and collapse them. The back arms have 2 buttons each and the front arms have 1.

2. Press the button on the bottom of the magic hub and let the legs swing up. Make sure the canopy is stuffed inside the collapsed legs.

3. Wrap the strap around the chair.

4. That’s it!

How long does it take for an order to deliver?

It depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Standard Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days while Expedited Shipping takes 2-3 business days.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may experience an additional 7-10 business days of transit time compared to deliveries within the contiguous US.

International shipping is currently unavailable.

At this time, we are only shipping within the U.S.

Does CLIQ offer a warranty?

At CLIQ we stand behind our products and strive to provide the highest quality craftsmanship. Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects* in materials and workmanship.

We warranty each and every CLIQ product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will fix or replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine CLIQ chair sold by an authorized source or official sales channel that is deemed defective.

CLIQ Products does not warranty its products against misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes natural breakdown of colors and materials during the life of a product, including rust.

If your CLIQ chair was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy.

If your CLIQ product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new CLIQ product at a discounted price.

* Manufacturing Defects - A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design and specification during manufacturing. Defective materials (aluminum frame, fabrics, rubber feet etc.) or workmanship (seams, construction, etc.) are covered by CLIQ product's lifetime warranty.

Replacements can only be shipped within the US territory.

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we’re proud to offer a 45-day money back guarantee.

If you are not totally happy with what CLIQ's products can do for you and your active life, then any chair can be returned within 45 days of arrival for a full refund less the restocking and shipping fee. 

To return a product, please contact support@cliqproducts.com for instructions. Make sure to speak to us first before returning or exchanging any items as we will provide specific instructions.
