CLIQ was founded by California mountain biking friends John Stump and Sam Chesluk. Their first product, the GO CHAIR, was funded by an Indiegogo community that believed a comfortable, truly portable chair was possible. Kammok acquired CLIQ in 2025 and continues to build on that original vision.

A CLIQ chair is a portable folding outdoor chair with a connected frame that opens without separate parts to assemble. CLIQ makes four chair styles: the compact ClassiQ and the roomier MystiQ, EpiQ, and Riviera lounge chairs.

Yes. CLIQ chairs were designed in Santa Barbara with beach days in mind. Their protective coating helps resist rust and corrosion. After a day on the sand, rinse your chair with fresh water to clear sand from the joints, then let it dry before storing it.

CLIQ Chair sets up in seconds.

1. Undo the velcro strap.

2. Allow spring-loaded legs to unfold and click into place.

3. Extend each arm until you hear it click. Make sure 6 silver pins are locked into place (2 on each back arm, 1 on each front arm). 

4. That’s it! Sit and enjoy!

To fold the CLIQ Chair, follow these simple steps:

1. Press the silver pins on the arms and collapse them.  The back arms have 2 buttons each and the front arms have 1.

2. Press the button on the bottom of the magic hub and let the legs swing up.

3. Wrap the strap around the chair.

4. That’s it!

No. CLIQ chairs unfold from a connected frame. Before sitting, make sure the MagiQ™ Hub and all six arm pins are locked and all four feet are on firm ground. See the chair setup guides for each model.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 72 hours to update with the carrier. If you need help with your order’s status, contact us and include your order number.

Standard Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days while Expedited Shipping takes 2-3 business days. 

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may experience an additional 7-10 business days of transit time compared to deliveries within the contiguous US.

We stand behind the chairs you take everywhere. If your CLIQ chair has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship during the first year, we’ll repair or replace it without a repair or replacement fee. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling.

For the original purchaser, chairs that wear down through normal use may qualify for repair or replacement for a $45 flat fee, plus shipping and handling, for the life of the chair.

A manufacturing defect is a problem caused by materials or workmanship that do not meet the chair’s intended design. Damage from accidents, misuse, alterations or unauthorized repairs is not covered by the one-year manufacturing warranty. If you’re unsure what caused an issue, contact us and we’ll review it.

Outlet, Seconds and Unboxed items: These items are final sale and are not eligible for warranty coverage or the 45-day return policy. Unboxed items are like new but have been removed from their original packaging. Our team is available to answer questions about an outlet purchase and review any options that may be available.

The CLIQ Life Guarantee applies to orders placed on cliqproducts.com on or after March 25, 2025. Purchases made before that date or through other sales channels may have different terms.

To request help contact us or fill out our warranty form. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video so our team can review your chair. Replacement shipments are available only to U.S. addresses.

Take your CLIQ chair out and put it to use. If it’s not the right fit, you can return an eligible chair within 45 days of arrival. Refunds are subject to a restocking fee, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
